This notice explains how AlgoSurg Inc. and its Indian operating subsidiary ("AlgoSurg", "we") handle personal information collected through this website, algosurg.ai. AlgoSurg Inc. is the controller (data fiduciary) for this information.

What we collect

• Contact form. When you use "Discuss a Partnership" or a similar form, we receive the name, work email, company and message you enter.
• Website analytics. If enabled, we use cookieless, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are visited. It does not use cookies or build personal profiles.
• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it, and why

• Replying to your enquiry and discussing a potential partnership or collaboration. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where consent is the applicable basis (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you give it by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
• Running and securing the site (server logs, aggregate analytics). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website.

We do not sell personal information, do not use it for third-party advertising and do not make automated decisions about you.

Patient data

This website does not collect patient or health information. Product demonstrations on this site use de-identified cases. Please do not send patient data through the contact form or by email.

Service providers and international transfers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, contact-form messages are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, and aggregate analytics (if enabled) are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf. Your information may be processed in the United States and in India, where AlgoSurg operates. Where data from the EU, UK or other regions with transfer rules is sent abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses offered by our providers.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into a business relationship or the law requires us to keep it longer. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period under its own policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]; we will respond within the time the law requires. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in India, you may contact our Grievance Officer at the same address and, if unresolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for business and healthcare-industry professionals and is not directed at children.
